The molecular structure of polyurethane elastomer contains macro molecule of carbamate repeat links.it is stepwise polymerized by isocyanate resin monomer and compound containing reactive hydrogen.it features lots of excellent performances for plenty of polar bond existing in its molecular structure and stable hydrogen bond existing among molecules,polyurethane elastomer has nice physical and mechanical properties,and it is acknowledged anti abrasive material ans is known as “King of Anti Abrasive Materials”.It is a high polymer material between plastics and rubber,which has physical dynamic performance similar to rubber,and it could also be machined and formed like plastic materials.
